Acquire 24 months experience

As a Young Potential, you will work on three large assignments in Belgacom for a 24 month period. They can all be in the same area (expert track) or each one in a different specialisation (all round track). In each case, you will spend 24 months in 3 different departments and teams and get to know Belgacom from inside out. And, in no time, you are on your way to becoming a young professional. After that kickstart to your career, you will have more opportunities to fully develop your talents, since your contract with Belgacom will, of course, continue

On-going training and coaching

You will quickly get real responsibility. That’s the best way to learn. But, naturally, you’re not entirely alone. On the contrary, we surround you with courses, trainers and continuous advise and coaching. All of which will help you to develop fast.

• Training – You follow a set training programme with courses on personal efficiency, MBTI, strategy, presentation techniques, project management, and more. On top of all that, you receive specific training matching your assignments.
• Mentoring and coaching – A Young Potential with one year of experience will explain the ropes so as you can learn about how the company works. And your coach regularly meets with you to discuss your progress and ambitions.
• On-the-job training – You will learn mostly from your colleagues and direct manager, when working with them. The experts and professionals at Belgacom are of a high calibre. They will willingly help you in your development.
